 I created this retreat because the jungle has a way of inviting us back into ourselves — slowly, quietly, and without rush.

The first time I hosted this experience in Costa Rica, a group of women arrived as strangers, and left as a circle — connected, renewed, and empowered. 

This retreat was a success last time, not because it was perfect, but because it was real — and because every woman left a little lighter, a little clearer, and more rooted in who she is.
